We run on a four-day workweek to maximize productivity and happiness. By taking Fridays off, each person on our team gets an extra 400 hours every year to do what we love: Biking, camping, dj’ing, gardening, family fun-ing, birding, reading, cooking, board gaming, swimming, painting, piano playing, streaming, and more! These things fill our cup. They keep us refreshed, inspired, and motivated to do our best work.
